Perfect. Development skills and foresight are great. Thinks about problems and plans before trying to solve. Minimal wasted time going down wrong routes. Managements skills of subcontractors is also great if you are looking for that. English is conversational and there is no barrier there. Will hire for every future Unity3d project!

Good availability, good English, sometimes a lack of proactive thinking and quality in terms of testing the work they've done. All in all a team you definitely can work with but you'll need some further time for exchange and getting a pro active way of working established.
